My friend Swamiji Shraddhananda had written a blog in honor of this sacred holiday of lights from India and I wanted to say to Happy Diwali and share his sacred writing called: The Hindu Festival of Lights. “It is also called: Deepa means light, and Avali means row. Hence, Deepavali is symbolised by rows of lights.
